Pinkerton Landcare & Environment Group's meeting will be on Tuesday 13th February, 2018.
Our guest speaker will be Bruce Lindsay of Environmental Justice Australia who will be discuss the Yarra River Protection Act Rollout to Rivers of the West.
He will discuss:
‘the case for bringing aspects of the Yarra Act into the Werribee Catchment, which can then be put in front of local candidates for elections, and can be used as a general road map for municipalities, developers and the like, about general principles on how the river should be treated.’

We will also be discussing the feasibility of purchasing a motion detector camera for monitoring the wildlife in Pinkerton Forest at night.
