Explore the Natural Heritage of Mt. Cotterell

You are invited to learn more about the natural vegetation and fauna on top of Mt. Cotterell while admiring the magnificent views.

Additional info:

As part of implementation of the Envirofund Grant, Pinkerton Landcare and Environment Group will be monitoring the native vegetation & fauna, and undertaking some enhancement planting.

To achieve this, native vegetation will be recorded at strategic locations in the early morning, as well as observing the local fauna (birds and insects). Don't forget to bring your binoculars.

Following this we will proceed to the summit for morning tea, at 10.30 am onwards. Here the history and the geology of the Mount will be relayed to the group.
